Code of Ethics

This code will change from time to time as necessary to keep up with the times. All changes will be voted on by Officers of the Club. The code is to ensure the respect of fellow members and to maintain the respect of the general public.
1. All members will treat other members with respect. Any issues or problems will be discussed within the club and not discussed publically or with non-members of the club.
2. A Member will not discuss any club business whether it’s about membership numbers, club goings on, or any member’s personal information with anyone outside of the club except for when and where events like poker runs and rides will take place.
3. All members will treat the significant other of another member with respect.
4. Any member creating problems for the club or other members or posting negative public messages concerning the club on any form of media or social network may be required to return their colors and forfeit their membership in the club. This decision will be made by the board of Officers.
5. Any member who has been required to forfeit their colors may approach the board of Officers and attend a meeting to discuss re-instatement.
6. All members, if available, will help at various functions. Examples: Bike shows, Charity Runs, Road Trips, etc.
7. Members will always be aware of the “Golden Rule” of conduct while traveling in club circles: If you give respect, you’ll get respect. If you act with disrespect, then you’ll be treated with the same.
8. All members will work towards the betterment of the club.
9. All Club Members with full colors must pay membership fee of per year due in April of each year.
10. All Members voting on club decisions must have their membership dues paid in full and be in good standing with the club.
11. Legends MC Bali will not tolerate any use or sale of drugs by any Member or Prospect
