Ayu (photo below) is a recent arrival at Casa Vida. Aged 14 she some how slipped through the cracks in the education system either through not having access to a school or one of many other reasons. Legends have managed to arrange additional private reading and writing tutorials with a teacher to assist her catching up.
We have committed to this for the next 12 months

After Legends MC taking a week to unwind at the completion of the last Charity we are back in to it again with the distribution of funds raised starting. First shopping which consisting of 3-4 months supply of house hold necessities has been completed, clothing requirements for the children, we are coordinating with Casa Vida for the visit to Aqualand and the additional water system from Total Water Solutions which passes the water through a black light process eliminating any last bacteria which may have passed through the filters. The complete system will allow Casa Vida to sell drinking water to the public if they chose to do so. Giving them the opportunity to become a little bit more self-sufficient.

Wow didn’t that date come around quickly. The 3rd Charity Ride was a huge success with well over 100 cards being purchased and played both by participants out with us on the day and virtual cards being played to those that could not make. Over 20 lucky draw prises.
Our location sponsors did an amazing job with plenty of ice cold beverages catering for all tastes and parking was organised with parking personnel directing people to the dedicated areas.
All other sponsors certainly met their commitments as well.
A big thanks to all for helping us identify and work with charities to improve the life of the less fortunate

About Rumah Casa Vida our Nominated Charity
CASA VIDA BALI was officially launched in 2012 and was ready to receive children early in 2013. Most of the children come from a background of neglect because their family cannot cope or because they are unwanted. Some children have experienced various forms of abuse.
3rd Annual Charity Ride is definitely supporting a worthy cause.
The children are loved and cared for by a wonderful staff who come from different parts of Indonesia. They can thrive and become healthy, happy and well-adjusted as their entire needs are met. The older children go to school and there are daily stimulating activities at home. Requests to receive more children are frequent and Casa Vida Bali expands the “family” as they are able.
2017 Legends MC Sanur have adopted Casa Vida Bali as our official charity.

Our last charity event was held a few months ago was such a huge success we have we have decided to kick off the 3rd ride of this particular type
The reaction to the up coming event has been great so far, with location sponsors’ lining up to be part of the event.

Casa Vida update. Pavers and drainage work has been completed just in time for the up coming wet season. No more still water lying around which will reduce the mosquitoes and chances of the kids getting Malaria & Dengue.
The kids are out side more often learning to ride bikes & roller blade & falling over in the process as we all did. No serious injuries, a couple of grazes is all. Nothing a band aid could not make better

The last Charity Ride has allowed us to do several things for the children though the generous donations of our sponsors.
They have had their day at AQUALAND – which they all enjoyed thoroughly. Monthly grocery shopping and utility assistance.
Arriving on site yesterday was the paving stones to pave their complete driveway which will stop flooding during the wet season and mosquito’ breeding
